For many people, being a parent is one of the most challenging adventures they have—there can be tons of uncertainty, stress, and more—but it is also incredibly rewarding.  When I work with families, I strive to provide them with a variety of resources that might make their lives a little easier—and this is just that! A local colleague is starting a mother’s support group for parents of neurodiverse children, and I wanted to share this information in case anyone is searching for something like this! There are options for both in-person and virtual groups, to make it more accessible for parents. If this is of interest to you, I encourage you to check it out!
